10 years of Marriage
Wow, 10 year anniversary and this is what sweaty says A few days ago, I celebrated my 10 year anniversary of becoming a Stay-At-Home-Mom. It was August 28, 1998 when I went into the hospital for the first time during my pregnancy with Kyle. After that point, I could no longer be employed and my life was dedicated to being his Mom. And that's been the case ever since, only we've added more little men to the brood since. Anyone who says being a SAHM is easy is lying. It's very rewarding, and I would do nothing else, especially since my childcare options are limited to nonexistent. The past 10 years have flown by in so many ways. It's almost scary to think that it's gone by practically in the blink of an eye. So to celebrate, I went shopping and spent too much on things to decorate the house (I figured after 12 years of marriage, it's about time to do such things) and caught a sale at Sears. By myself. :) |
